Returns Policy (Simple Version)
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you have 90 days from the purchase date to return it and ask for a refund.
To start a return, you must first request a return approval (RMA). Please contact us at support@pulmobalance.com to get your RMA number. Without this number, we cannot process your return.
Once you receive the RMA:
- Write the RMA number on your return package
- Send the product back within 14 days
- Email us the RMA number and tracking number after shipping
- You will need to pay for the return shipping cost

The returned item must be in good condition, not broken or damaged. All original accessories must be included.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
You also need to include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item shows signs of heavy use or has been opened (like CDs, DVDs, software, or games)
- The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not caused by us)
- The return is made after 90 days
Refund process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank for updates

Sale items
Only regular-priced products can be refunded. Discounted or sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@pulmobalance.com. Exchanges are only accepted within 90 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
