Processing Time & Shipping Policy (Simple Version)

After you place an order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before it is shipped. During holidays, processing may take longer.

If the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete (such as payment details or shipping address), your order may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

All shipping addresses are checked through USPS. If you are unsure about your address, please verify it on USPS.com (this does not apply to international orders).

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. All delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to factors outside our control, such as weather, transportation issues, labor shortages, or other unexpected events.

Pulmo Balance is not responsible for delays caused by USPS guarantees or other carriers.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipping. If there is an issue, please contact USPS or the shipping carrier directly for help.

In rare cases, international shipping may take 4–6 weeks, or even up to 8–12 weeks, depending on customs in the destination country. Some countries may also require extra shipping fees.

Order Cancellation

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you must either:

  • Refuse the delivery and notify us, or
  • Return the package with a tracking number and contact us

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned package.

Wrong Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.

If the package is shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, we are not responsible. If the package is returned to us, we can offer a reshipment or refund.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows that the package was delivered, we cannot issue a refund even if the customer claims it was not received. In this case, please contact USPS or the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

To receive a full refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full, or partially used), including any bonus or free items, within 60 days of purchase.

The return must include a note inside the package with:

  • Order ID
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Email and phone number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

All items must be returned to the fulfillment center. If any bottles are missing, only a partial refund may be issued.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive and verify the return, your refund will be processed. It may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
